- I’m so ready to book! What do I do next? Inquire here and we will get you set up!
- How quickly can you get my images back to me? We currently have a 2 week turn around time. We just know you’re going to have so much fun at your session and will want to use these as soon as possible!
- What is Broll? B-roll are clips we will record during your session. These clips can be used for advertising, reels, tik toks, etc. - b-roll does not come with audio or music
- If I am a creator but want more images, can I book the Signature Brand Experience? YES! The signature brand experience is for the person that wants it all! If you are a creator with a product and want to book the Signature Brand Experience, we will discuss the amount of images that can be for your brand and the ones that will just be for products!
- Can I still hire you to make me a brand film? Short answer - yes, errr..possibly. Long answer - these will be accepted on a case by case bases. We LOVE creating films but will only be accepting certain ones. If you think you still want one, let’s chat and see if we are a good fit!
- I really want the Signature Brand Experience, but I am a small business and cannot afford it. Hey! We totally get that. Been there, done that. We currently offer payment plans that you can adjust to fit your needs.
- Where is your studio? We have a studio off of Broadway and Jones in San Antonio, Texas. It is a natural light studio that has white walls and windows. The studio is easily customizable to fit your business brand.
- Can we shoot on location? Yessss. If you have a business location and/or have a location you want to use, let’s do it! However, clients are responsible for any rental fees.
- Can I get a “mini session” instead? At this time we do not offer brand mini sessions on their own. However, we possibly will offer these on occasion. Be sure to follow us to see when those dates are posted.
